The day combines a workshop feel, with plenty of interaction in small groups so that you can actually experience the techniques and give yourself chance to raise any questions during the day.

The workshop is split into three sessions which are focussed on a "recession" theme:

Session One: Think yourself Different

Different times require different actions. The creative intelligence to make strategic changes to a business situation can lead to a positive outcome and being creatures of habit, we sometimes find this difficult.

Many people will talk about Thinking Outside Of The Box and even though we all know what this means, most people don't know what the box is - how our thinking is restrained. Why not learn how to escape the box?

This first session will provide you with some thought processes to challenge conventional thinking and some neurological processes to put yourself into a creative state of mind, whenever you need it.

Session Two: Sell yourself

People buy people. What if you could communicate at a much deeper level with people and deliver sales messages that connect with a buyer - the kind of interaction that leaves the other person knowing that you are the person they want to deal with?

  • Learn to read and USE body language to your advantage
  • Learn how to ask the right questions to understand a customer's core values
    (find out what's REALLY important to them)
  • Use those values to influence your sales process
  • Learn some influential techniques for closing the deal

Session Three: Market yourself

Whether marketing a service, a product or yourself; your audience will have very different needs in terms of the way they like to receive information.

This third session will show you how to communicate your message in a way that 'ticks the boxes' of every personality type, making your message more compelling and connecting with more of your audience.

Session Four: Questions and Answers

The final 45-minute session of the day will cover any burning questions you may be left with and the opportunity to go over some of the techniques.
